Little Prairie Bible Camp is a Church of Christ Bible camp located near Rolla, Missouri, supported by Christians from congregations throughout the region. Since 1969, LPBC has provided a welcoming place where children, teenagers, adults, families, and churches can step away from everyday distractions, experience God’s creation, and grow in faith together.
Through Bible study, worship, prayer, fellowship, service, recreation, and shared experiences, LPBC helps people develop stronger relationships with God and one another.

Our purpose is to influence others for Christ and draw everyone who comes to Little Prairie Bible Camp closer to Jesus and to one another.
We want every person who visits LPBC to leave strengthened in faith, encouraged by Christian relationships, and better prepared to live for Christ.
Campers ages 5–18 come to Little Prairie Bible Camp to learn from God’s Word, make new friends, enjoy outdoor activities, and create memories that can last a lifetime.
Camp experiences include Bible classes, chapel, singing, crafts, swimming, sports, hiking, games, skits, devotionals, theme nights, shared meals, and time around the campfire.
From a child’s first Day Camp to a teenager’s final summer session, our goal remains the same: help every camper grow closer to God and build meaningful Christian relationships.
LPBC also provides space for retreats, workshops, family gatherings, church events, training sessions, devotionals, and other activities that support Christian growth and fellowship.
The story of Little Prairie Bible Camp began in 1969 when a Christian family donated 60 acres of land for the development of a Christian camp.
Through prayer, generosity, and thousands of hours of volunteer labor, the property was transformed. Thousands of pine trees were planted, the original farmhouse was remodeled, and lumber from an old barn was used to construct the first cabins.
Additional cabins, a swimming pool, bathhouses, athletic areas, gathering spaces, and other facilities followed. A large multipurpose building was completed in 1980, providing space for worship, meals, recreation, and activities throughout the year.
Little Prairie Bible Camp began hosting summer Bible camp sessions in 1974. Since then, generations of campers have learned about Jesus, strengthened their faith, formed lifelong friendships, and experienced the blessings of Christian community.
The camp continues to grow through the faithful service of volunteers, churches, members, donors, directors, counselors, cooks, teachers, and supporters.
Little Prairie Bible Camp is associated with the Churches of Christ but is not overseen by any single congregation.
LPBC is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors elected by the camp’s membership. Directors serve two-year terms and come from congregations throughout Missouri.
Members elect directors and vote on important matters affecting the camp during the annual membership meeting. This structure allows Christians from across the region to work together in supporting the camp’s mission and planning for its future.
Membership is not required to attend camp or use the facilities. However, membership provides an important way to support LPBC and participate in its future.

For more than 50 years, Little Prairie Bible Camp has been a place where faith is strengthened, friendships are formed, and Christ remains at the center.
