Our Mission It is the mission of Little Prairie Bible Camp to provide a loving Christian camp experience to help youth, adults, and families develop a personal, growing, spirit-filled relationship with God and His son Jesus Christ, and share their faith with others. |

Our second year of camp there were only four sessions, limited to 28 campers each. The camp fee was $30 for one-week sessions, and $50 for the two-week session.

From a very modest beginning last summer on 60 acres of undeveloped land, the Little Prairie Bible Camp enters its second year of operation in 1975 with great expectations. Last year's achievements included the completion of four cabins; installation of a well, sewer and water lines; the semi-restoration of a farmhouse with complete kitchen; completion of a bathhouse, and the planting - one by one with loving hands - of 44,000 trees!
There were 57 young people who enjoyed the fellowship of Christian summer camp in 1974... this year Little Prairie hopes to accommodate more than 140 campers.
Rewards of Little Prairie's opening season were magnificent. The Christian atmosphere resulted in one baptism and a spiritual growth in our young people that was almost visible. And the blessings enjoyed by those who worked at the camp - from the Rolla congregation as well as many other nearby churches - was something to behold.
With the reality of camping last summer, the bible camp's supporters are even more enthusiastic. Many more campers will be accommodated this year and many many others will need to become involved through financial support, planning assistance or volunteer work during the camp sessions.
